Pomerape (also called Pomerata) is a mountain massif at the border of Chile and Bolivia with an elevation of 6282 metres. Pomerape is within the following mountain ranges: Bolivian Andes, Chilean Andes, Cordillera Occidental de Bolivia, Puna de Atacama. Its territory is within the Chilean protection area of Lauca National Park, Bolivian protection area of Sajama National Park. It is on the border of 2 provinces: Chilean province of Parinacota; Bolivian province of Sajama. Its slopes are within 2 cities: Chilean city of Putre; Bolivian city of Curahuara de Carangas.
